These Terms govern your use of DataBridge Ops services and apply to both products: OpsIntel (ops intelligence and reporting system) and ShiftLog (OT and leave filing for shift-based teams). Plain English throughout, no legalese where avoidable. Where terms differ between products, each section says so explicitly. By submitting an intake form and making payment, you agree to these Terms.
DataBridge Ops builds and delivers one of two products depending on your purchase. Both are fixed scope, async, delivered in two weeks, with no discovery calls.
OpsIntel — Ops Intelligence SystemDataBridge Ops configures an automated ops intelligence system built on your existing spreadsheet data. The System includes up to three layers as scoped during intake:
Exact scope is confirmed during the data audit phase (Days 1-3 of the build) and documented in your Notion client portal.
ShiftLog — OT and Leave Filing SystemDataBridge Ops builds a configured overtime and leave filing system for your shift-based team, covering:
Jurisdiction and shift structure are confirmed via the intake form before build begins.
All configuration and build work · First month of infrastructure hosting (~$5-7/month VPS cost absorbed) · Claude API costs for L3 queries during Month 1 (typically $2-5/month) · Full system documentation in a Notion client portal · One Loom walkthrough video · One round of async revisions.
ShiftLog — Standard tier: $699 USD one-timeAll configuration and build work · Your configured system hosted in DataBridge Ops' shared multi-tenant infrastructure, isolated by Row Level Security · Employee filing interface and manager approval workflow · OT computation engine configured to your jurisdiction ruleset · Payroll-ready exports · Full documentation and one Loom walkthrough video · One round of async revisions · First month of hosting included.
ShiftLog — Dedicated tier: $999 USD one-timeEverything in Standard, plus: your own isolated Supabase project with no shared database infrastructure. Client data is not co-located with any other client's data at the database level. Suitable for organisations with stricter data-isolation requirements.
Both products include first month hosting in the build fee. After Month 1, you choose your path. Options are disclosed before purchase and confirmed at handoff, not sprung afterward.
OpsIntel — after month 1If neither option is selected within 30 days of the included month ending, DataBridge Ops will contact the Client to arrange a transfer or data export before any action is taken. Client data will not be deleted without at least 14 days written notice and an opportunity to export.
Build timeline: 2 weeks from payment confirmation.
All communication: Async only, email and Notion. No video calls.
Revisions: One round of async revisions included. Additional revisions outside original scope are quoted separately.
Delay by Client: If Client fails to provide required data access within 5 business days of payment, the build timeline resets from the date access is provided.
What DataBridge Ops accesses: Read-only access to the specific Google Sheets or Excel files you identify during intake. We access only what is required to build and test the System.
What DataBridge Ops does not do: We do not store copies of your operational data on DataBridge Ops-owned servers. We do not use your data to train AI models or improve DataBridge Ops products. We do not share your data with any third party not disclosed in these Terms or the accompanying Data Privacy document. We do not retain access to your data sources after engagement ends under Options B and C.
Third-party services: The System uses n8n (self-hosted), the Anthropic Claude API, Google Sheets API or Microsoft OneDrive, and your chosen delivery channel API (Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Google Chat). By proceeding, you acknowledge their involvement.
Data retention: Workflow run logs are purged after 30 days. Your contact information is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 90 days, then deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
ShiftLogWhat ShiftLog stores: Employee names, employee IDs, overtime and leave filing records, approval records, and computed pay figures are stored in DataBridge Ops' Supabase-hosted database for the duration of the engagement. This is personal data. DataBridge Ops acts as a Data Processor. You remain the Data Controller.
Third-party services: ShiftLog uses Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare Pages (application hosting), and Lemon Squeezy or Paddle (payment processing only). Employee data does not pass through the payment processor.
Employee data retention: Employee filing records are retained while the engagement is active. On engagement end, DataBridge Ops provides a data export and deletes all employee records within 30 days of confirmation.
Your obligations as Data Controller: You are responsible for notifying your employees that their overtime and leave data is processed through a third-party system operated by DataBridge Ops, and for ensuring this processing complies with your obligations under applicable employment and privacy law.
Your rights (both products): You may request deletion of your contact information and any DataBridge Ops-held records at any time by emailing build@databridgeops.com. We will action deletion requests within 10 business days.
Full details on data handling for both products are in the Data Privacy document.
All Clients: You are responsible for providing accurate information in the intake form, ensuring you have authority to share the data sources with DataBridge Ops, maintaining the security of your own systems and credentials, and notifying DataBridge Ops if you suspect any unauthorized access to your DataBridge Ops system.
ShiftLog — additional responsibilitiesAll fees are in USD. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy or Paddle acting as Merchant of Record. DataBridge Ops does not store payment card details. Your card statement will show the payment processor's name, not DataBridge Ops.
OpsIntel ($1,500): Non-refundable once the data audit phase (Days 1-3) is complete. If DataBridge Ops determines at data audit that your setup is outside build scope, a full refund is issued.
ShiftLog Standard ($699) and Dedicated ($999): Non-refundable once the build begins (Day 1). If DataBridge Ops determines at intake review that your jurisdiction or shift structure is outside current build scope, a full refund is issued before build commences.
Monthly retainers (where applicable) are billed in advance. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice. No partial-month refunds.
You own your data at all times. DataBridge Ops retains the right to reuse general configuration patterns, automation structures, and methodology in future client builds. No client-specific data is retained or reused. Documentation and Loom walkthroughs delivered to you are yours to keep and share internally.
DataBridge Ops' liability is limited to the amount you paid for the build fee. We are not liable for decisions made based on System outputs, interruptions caused by third-party service outages (Slack, Microsoft, Google, Anthropic, Supabase, Cloudflare, VPS providers), or data loss caused by Client-side actions.
ShiftLog processes personal data about your employees. By purchasing ShiftLog, you confirm all of the following:
Full data handling obligations are set out in the Data Privacy document, which forms part of the agreement between you and DataBridge Ops.
Standard tier: Your data is hosted in a shared Supabase project managed by DataBridge Ops, isolated from other clients by database-level Row Level Security policies. You do not receive a dedicated database instance. If your internal policies or applicable law require contractual database-level isolation guarantees beyond what Row Level Security provides, you must select the Dedicated tier.
Dedicated tier: Your data is hosted in a separate, dedicated Supabase project. No other client's data shares this project. You may take full ownership of the Supabase project at handoff, subject to Supabase's own terms of service.
Either party may terminate the engagement at any time. Under Option A (retainer), 30 days written notice is required to cancel. DataBridge Ops will provide a handoff package within 30 days of termination notice under any option.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
DataBridge Ops may update these Terms. Existing clients will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the System after notification constitutes acceptance.
